The University of Queensland Fellowships aim to retain researchers of exceptional calibre at the University. By investing in the best and brightest talent, these Fellowships facilitate a trajectory of continued excellence and impact in research at UQ, with the aim to developing elite professionals who create change in society. This year, competition for these awards has been very strong and Dr Coll's success recognises the very high quality of her research as an early career researcher.
